The Four Horsemen, a documentary written and directed by Ross Ashcroft, and featuring such luminaries as Joseph Stiglitz, Noam Chomsky, Gillian Tett, Simon Johnson and Ha-Joon Chang has been creating quite a stir at film festivals around Europe, selling out every screening in Amsterdam and Gothenburg.
It will be released in the UK on Wednesday 14 March with a special screening at the Curzon Soho in Shaftesbury Avenue in London's west end. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the director. Tickets are available from the Curzon Soho, here.
The film, which goes the heart of the current crisis and explains its root causes in the failings of economics, could be a huge hit if it gets the support its deserves.
It will also be featured at the OxDocs International Film Festival in April, when the Film and a Q&A will be simultaneously broadcast to seven cinemas across the UK. At that event, we will also be launching a book to accompany the film, The Four Horsemen Survival Manual, co-written by Ross Ashcroft and me.
If you've grown tired of Michael Moore or feel cynical about Al Gore, make sure you see The Four Horsemen. Website here. Demand it here. Trailer below:
